I have loads of dear friends who will be absolutely devastated when they find out I just put up with the entire medium.  As an interactive performer myself, I cannot understand why audiences settle for being ignored and why &quot;actors&quot; settle for being rude to a room full of 500-2000 punters at a go, forcing them to pay to sit in the dark and be voyeurs to conversations that could be much more interesting. CANNOT BEAR IT.</description>

		<description>What a wonderful insight into MSG.  I have used it for years and often wondered what went into it and why chefs frowned upon it so much. Many of the large food producers who claim that they don&#039;t use it, are far from being truthful.  They disguise it&#039;s use by inserting an e number into the ingredients without telling you that it is actually MSG.  I shall conontinue using it because it makes my food taste so good.  I don&#039;t recommend it&#039;s use, people can male up their own minds.</description>
